Returns Policy

At Vaacho, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help. Please review our policy below regarding the return of physical and digital products.

1. Return Eligibility (Physical Products)

We accept returns for physical items (such as printed books) under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All original tags and labels must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items (Digital Products)

Due to the nature of digital content, specific rules apply to downloadable items:

  • No Returns: Downloadable products (such as PDFs, eBooks, and Quizzes) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the download link has been generated or accessed.
  • Exceptions: A return/refund for digital products will only be considered if there is a technical error preventing access to the file, as confirmed by our technical team.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The responsibility for return shipping costs depends on the reason for the return:

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Vaacho will provide a prepaid shipping label or refund the shipping cost incurred by you.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, you (the customer) are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.
  • Our team will guide you through the shipping process based on your location and the reason for the return.

5. Inspection and Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallet, or Net Banking).
  • Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
